All articles published in IJRACSE are copyrighted under the copyright of the author(s). With the publication of the article in IJRACSE, the author releases the article for non-exclusive publishing, reproducing, hosting and disseminating in all forms and media, while retaining the rights of the intellectual property.

Authors Retain Copyright
Authors retain ownership of the intellectual property in their published work. Publication in IJRACSE grants the journal the non-exclusive rights necessary to publish, reproduce, host and disseminate the article in all forms and media.
Author Rights
Global Dissemination
Plan, promote, publish, archive and disseminate their research globally.
Patent Rights
Maintain and use any associated patent rights.
Future Reuse
Reuse their article, including figures, tables and data, in books, theses, lectures and other scholarly works.
Personal Copies
Pass out a copy of their article in print and electronic form.
Commercial Reuse
Reuse, reproduce or sell their work commercially without infringing upon the terms of the Creative Commons license under which the article is published.
Author Responsibilities
The work is original and has not been published or submitted to other journals.
Plagiarism, ethical and copyright concerns related to the work are properly addressed.
The manuscript does not infringe on the proprietary, copyright, privacy or personal rights of others.
The information is correct and does not include any defamatory, illegal or misleading information.
Journal Rights
IJRACSE reserves the right to correctly remove, retract or withdraw an article when plagiarism, ethical violation, copyright infringement or other forms of violation are found.
